Our initiatives
We are a small team but growing, we welcome Volunteers to come join us in our initiatives and help us to serve mankind. What we are doing :
1) MAAF Rahbar Sponsorship to EWS Candidates to pursue Higher Education in Engineering and Medical Courses by supporting several Bihar Anjuman - Rahbar Students
2) MAAF Friday Kitchen - Wholesome Meal for all underprivileged at Chitkohra every Friday afternoon.
3) MAAF E - Rickshaw - Sponsoring E Rickshaw to unemployed youths to earn a living and lead a respectable life by becoming Self Reliant.
4) MAAF Education - MAAF Education Support to completely Sponsor Educational Institutions in Biharsharif and Patna.
5) MAAF Driving License Sponsorship - MAAF has helped several unemployed youths trained under professional driving school and attain driving license with MAAF Sponsorship, to enable them in becoming Self Reliant.
6) MAAF Orphan Education - MAAF is currently sponsoring couple of Orphan children with their Educational Support Fund of Rs 1000/month
7) MAAF Supported Saeedia Public School - MAAF has finished setting up a school from Nursery to Class VI and now operational from May 2022 with 100+ children belonging to underprivileged families. Saeedia School is setup adjacent to Saeedia Masjid, Phulwarisharif Patna with the aim to provide free education to the underprivileged children. The School Building belongs to Sayeeda Warsi - a Philanthropist herself.
8) MAAF Covid Relief Fund - MAAF has distributed Ration packages and Covid Relief Support Amounts to hundreds of Families in Patna, MAAF was also equipped with Covid Kits distribution and providing Oxygen Cylinders to Covid patients to economically weaker sections.
9) MAAF HESIFOM Health Care - MAAF has shown interest in supporting the noble cause of charity maternity center establishment by HESIFOM - a registered charitable trust , who are setting up a Maternity Health Care Hospital at Haroon
10) MAAF has priority focus on Education and hence we have tied up with Mahendra's for SSC CGL coaching in Jharkhand where in we will support the Economically Weaker Section Candidates by sponsoring 90% of the fee upon MAAF's management discretion.
11) MAAF & Rahmani Foundation (founders of RAHMANI-30) have joined hands for Excellence in Board Exams with the start of 5 months MAAF Junior Rahmani Program for Class 10th (Matric, CBSE & ICSE) appearing candidates to upgrade their performance in Board exams and thereafter coach them to crack competitive entrance exams for +2 admissions in AMU, D.U, RAHMANI-30, JAMIA MILIA ISLAMIA etc
12) AUGUST 2023 - MAAF's new initiative to get all needy residents of Chitkohra and nearby register and avail benefits from various Government Incentives and Schemes.
Our history
Maimoona Azizuddin Ashraf Foundation (MAAF) is a registered Non Profit Organisation managed by the decedents of Late Syed Azizuddin Ashraf & his wife Late Maimoona Khatoon, of Chitkohra, Patna, Bihar (INDIA). MAAF was founded in the year 2020 as an urgent need to serve the Society brutally battling with an unknown world pandemic crisis at that time i.e. Covid-19. The goal is to seek the pleasure of Allah. The aim is to improve education, healthcare and social welfare primarily in the state of Bihar. MAAF is registered as a not-for-profit organisation with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India having. MAAF has a registered office in Patna, handled by a CEO and a board of directors (Shoura).
